Zebu Go LLC ("Zebu Go," "we," "us," or "our") operates a technology marketplace that helps customers discover and interact with independent shipping providers and helps providers publish routes, manage packages, communicate shipment updates, and receive payments. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you use zebugo.com, our portals, applications, communications, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

This Policy applies to customers and senders, package recipients, shipping providers and their representatives, applicants seeking approval as shipping providers, website visitors, and people who contact us. Independent shipping providers may process personal information for their own transportation operations and legal duties. Their independent practices are governed by their own notices and are not controlled by this Policy.

Information We Collect

Information you provide

• Contact and account information, including name, email address, telephone number, address, preferred language, login credentials, and account settings.
• Shipment information, including sender and recipient details, origin and destination, package description, declared value, size or weight, route selection, pickup and delivery details, tracking code, status history, and special instructions.
• Payment and transaction information, including amounts, currency, payment status, refunds, chargebacks, payout status, and limited payment-method details supplied by our payment processor. Zebu Go generally does not receive full payment-card numbers.
• Communications, including customer-support requests, dispute submissions, reviews, emails, telephone communications, and SMS or WhatsApp interactions.
• Shipping-provider information, including legal business name, business address, contact persons, ownership or representative information, routes, prices, service descriptions, tax or registration identifiers, licenses, permits, insurance information, payout-account status, and compliance attestations.
• Verification information, including business-registration records, government-issued identification, proof of address, insurance certificates, transportation authorizations, authorization letters, and related documents provided to support@zebugo.com or through another approved channel.
• Consent and compliance records, including the terms presented, policy version, acknowledgments, date and time, IP address, user agent, and the identity and authority of the person accepting for a shipping business.

Information collected automatically

• Device and network information, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, language, approximate location derived from IP address, and referring URL.
• Usage information, such as pages viewed, searches performed, routes selected, buttons used, session activity, error records, and timestamps.
• Cookies and similar technologies used for authentication, security, preferences, performance, analytics, and, if introduced, advertising. Where required, we will obtain consent before using non-essential technologies.

Information from other sources

• Independent shipping providers, customers, senders, and recipients involved in a shipment.
• Payment processors, messaging providers, identity or business-verification providers, fraud-prevention services, and other vendors.
• Public business registries, transportation-licensing databases, sanctions and restricted-party lists, and other public or legally available sources.
• Referral partners or other users who provide your details. If you provide another person's information, you represent that you are authorized to do so and will provide any legally required notice.

How We Use Personal Information

• Provide, operate, maintain, personalize, and improve the Services.
• Create and secure accounts, authenticate users, and administer shipper applications and approvals.
• Display routes, connect customers with independent shipping providers, create shipment records, and provide package tracking.
• Process payments, platform fees, refunds, chargebacks, and provider payouts through payment partners.
• Send transactional email, SMS, and WhatsApp messages, including verification, shipment, pickup, delivery, payment, security, and dispute notices.
• Verify business identity, authority, licenses, insurance, and other eligibility information; review compliance; and detect inaccurate, fraudulent, suspicious, prohibited, or unlawful activity.
• Provide customer support, investigate complaints, manage disputes, enforce agreements, and protect customers, recipients, providers, Zebu Go, and the public.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot errors, analyze route demand, conduct research, and develop or improve features.
• Comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, law-enforcement, sanctions, export-control, transportation, and recordkeeping obligations.
• Send marketing communications where permitted. You may opt out of marketing without stopping necessary service communications.
• Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims and complete a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets.

Legal Bases for Processing

Where European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or similar law requires a legal basis, we process personal information as necessary to perform a contract or take requested pre-contract steps; comply with legal obligations; pursue legitimate interests such as operating, securing, improving, and enforcing the Services; protect vital interests where applicable; or act with consent. When processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already performed.

How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to the following recipients for the purposes described in this Policy:

• Shipping participants. We share information among customers, senders, recipients, and the selected independent shipping provider as reasonably necessary to quote, accept, transport, track, pay for, and deliver a shipment or resolve a problem.
• Service providers. We use vendors that support cloud hosting, databases, security, analytics, customer support, communications, identity or business verification, document review, payments, fraud prevention, and professional services. They may process information only for contracted purposes and subject to applicable safeguards.
• Payment and financial partners. Payment processors and connected-account providers receive transaction, identity, tax, compliance, and payout information needed to provide their services. Their privacy notices also apply to information they collect directly.
• Authorities and legal recipients. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, customs or transportation requirements, regulatory requests, sanctions and export-control obligations, or to prevent, investigate, or report suspected fraud, threats, prohibited shipments, or unlawful conduct.
• Business transactions. Information may be disclosed in connection with due diligence or a proposed or completed financing, merger, acquisition, restructuring, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate protections.
• With your direction or consent. We may disclose information when you request or authorize us to do so.

Zebu Go does not sell personal information for money. As of the effective date, we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide legally required choices before the change applies.

Messaging and Communications

We may send email, SMS, or WhatsApp communications relating to account verification, shipment acceptance, tracking, pickup, delivery, payments, disputes, security, and support. Message and data rates may apply. Transactional messages are part of the requested Services. Where required, marketing messages are sent only with appropriate permission. You may follow the instructions in a message, reply STOP to supported SMS programs, or contact us to opt out of marketing. Opting out of marketing does not prevent operational or legally required messages.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use essential technologies to maintain sessions, authenticate users, prevent fraud, remember settings, and secure the Services. We may use analytics technologies to understand performance and usage. If we introduce advertising or other non-essential tracking, we will provide any notice, consent mechanism, or opt-out required by applicable law. Browser controls may block some technologies, but doing so may affect functionality.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Services, maintaining transaction and consent records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, preventing fraud, and meeting legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, insurance, sanctions, and transportation obligations. Retention periods vary based on the type and sensitivity of information, the relationship involved, legal requirements, and potential claims.

Verification documents are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for verification, compliance, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. When retention is no longer necessary, we delete, de-identify, or securely isolate information, subject to backup cycles and lawful preservation requirements. De-identified information that cannot reasonably identify an individual may be retained and used as permitted by law.

International Data Transfers

Zebu Go is based in the United States and serves users and routes in multiple countries. Personal information may be processed in the United States and other countries where Zebu Go, shipping providers, or service providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections, adequacy mechanisms, or another lawful transfer basis.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including access controls, authentication, encryption where appropriate, monitoring, vendor controls, and data-minimization practices. No transmission or storage system is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting account credentials and notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

Do not email passwords, full bank-account numbers, payment-card details, Social Security numbers, or information we have not specifically requested. Verification documents should be sent only to the address and through the method identified by Zebu Go.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to personal information; correction of inaccurate information; deletion; restriction or objection to processing; portability; withdrawal of consent; or an appeal of a denied request. You may also have the right to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling. Zebu Go will not discriminate against you for exercising a legally protected privacy right.

Submit a request to support@zebugo.com. We may verify your identity and authority before acting. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted, but we may require proof of authorization and direct identity confirmation. Some information may be exempt from a request, including information needed to complete a transaction, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, protect rights, or maintain necessary records. You may complain to your local data-protection authority where that right applies.

California Disclosures

California residents may request information about categories of personal information collected, sources, purposes, categories of recipients, and specific pieces of personal information, and may request correction or deletion subject to exceptions. During the preceding twelve months, Zebu Go may have collected the categories described in this Policy, including identifiers, customer records, commercial information, internet or network activity, approximate geolocation, professional or employment-related information, and inferences used for security or service improvement. We disclose these categories for business purposes to the recipients described above. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about individuals.

Children

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly allow a child to create a shipping-provider account or knowingly collect personal information directly from a child through the Services. If you believe a child provided information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

Third-Party Services

The Services may link to or integrate with independent shipping providers, payment processors, messaging platforms, maps, or other third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. Zebu Go is not responsible for an independent third party's privacy or security practices.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as our Services, practices, or legal obligations change. We will post the updated Policy with a new effective date. If a change materially affects how we use information, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by law.
